Some questions, just out of curiosity: Are you emailing your assignor these detailed incidents just because (being proactive, in case something gets back to assignor), or because you're instructed to? Is part of the reason for doing this because officials rate the officials, which carries some degree of weight? Is this so your assignor has the pertinent citations handy for when he/she writes back to the coach? (Basically, does assignor do this?) Again, just curious. |

I had an assigner in Maryland that wanted to know everything. He wanted to know when a player got a technical and everything else so he wouldn't be blindsided. I sent this information to the assigner here so he would know in case the coach contacted him. I guess I was being proactive and helping the assigner. The assigner's job is already tough enough, now if the coach contacts him he can tell the coach what rule I applied and I think it will make our organization look better than saying, "I will have to get back with you coach."
