Is this ice storm worse than the storm that blew through the plains states in January 2001. I remember DRIVING through the storm from Texas to Kansas . . . Texas was rain, Oklahoma was snow/ice, Kansas was ICE. Some places had 3-6 inches of ice. Looked like someone dropped a bomb in several areas we visited.

Where I live, which is 30 miles away from Columbia, Mo, its pretty bad, but not as bad as 01
