I will have to say.

Jack Sickma and Gus Williams. They brought the only NBA Championship to the Pacific NorthWest with Lenny Wilkins as the Coach.

So the '77 Blazer championship team with Bill Walton, Lionel Hollins, Bobby Gross, Dave Twardzik, Johnny Davis, Lloyd Neal and Maurice Lucas, etc. doesn't count? Or don't you consider Portland to be in the Pacific Northwest?
