NFHS Rule book in download format

I am a registered basketball referee in Texas, as well as an IAABO member, but I am currently deployed to Korea, as my primary job is as a member of the United States Army. I am scheduled to return to the States on the 8th of November. As a result, I will miss my chapter's clinic and I do not have access to a written rulebook at this time. I would appreciate it if anyone could direct me to an online resource where I may be able to obtain a downloadable version of this year's rulebook and case book. Any assistance that anyone could provide me would be greatly appreciated.
