Tie Die Socks

...this was a first for me last night. The home team was wearing Tie Die Socks. I can't find any problem with it in the book other than if an official deemed it confusing. Any other comments?

It's a reasonably common occurrence. Let it go. Heck, socks aren't even part of the uniform for the "logo" restrcition.

This is a good day to agree with Bob...let it go, heck, some kids don't even seem to HAVE socks on with those shorty socks they have these days.

Remember the good ol' days...with the knee high socks? As a matter of fact...I have seen some kids wearing the knee highs as of late.

That's how these were displayed. I knew there was nothing preventing it. Just something I never saw before, then again, it was Jr. High girls.

Bob,

Just wondering, where are you seeing it at? The Jr. High or the Varsity level? Thanks.

I know I'm not Bob, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express...

I've seen them at all levels, including jr. college.

M&M,
I was on the border of your territory last night. That's interesting. I would have guessed it to more at the lower levels.

I like that new gym, and the way they have it set up with the official's dressing rooms right off the floor. You don't have to dress in a classroom with no blinds.

Yes, I thought it was a very nice gym and dressing room as well. It was my first time there and it was enjoyable.

Depending on the crew, according to some, there would either be two blinds or three blinds in that situation.

Heck, I've seen players with two different socks and shoes on! No joke...one of the players said she and another girl like to be different. Think I will wear one NB 608 and a Nike shox next...I like to be different too!
