Possession arrow on technical

I was curious as to the proper call regarding the possession arrow to start the second half when team A had 2 players arrive late to a game and there names were not in the book at the beginning of the game. The technicals were assesed, and shot by team B at the start of the 2nd half. Team B also had the possession arrow to start the 2nd half. Would team B complete the throw in after technicals and keep the possession arrow until the next held ball or the start of the 4th quarter. Please advise me as to the proper call. Thanks!

You are correct. The throw-in is the result of the technicals not the possession arrow. They get the next heldball situation.
