Hey i have a dumb question - but does the NHFS rule book states that you need to use a "BLACK WHISTLE?" Cause I see this website sells yellow/orange color FOX 40.

I'm guessing it says black whistle, a different color whistle really isn't acceptable and I know if I was using orange/red/yellow ect and my assignor saw me he would rip me a new one.

Yes, I believe it actually does say a black whistle or a black tip guard if you were using a metal whistle.
