Now that the US is out of the World Cup, maybe we can get back to baseball?
The Orioles tried to intentionally walk Miguel Cabrera in the top of the 10th last night. But the intentional ball wasn't as far outside as pitcher Todd Williams wanted it to be. Plus he lobbed it like a slow-pitch softball game. So Cabrera swung and hit it for an RBI base hit. I've only seen that in The Natural. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/recap?gameId=260622101 |
And I almost forgot. Tony's Tarheels are in the championship series!!
