If you were to stick your dirty socks in your mouth for a minute you'd never notice if the whistle was dirty or not! But, as for buying more, can you ever really have too many whistles? I have 4 or 5 classics, 2 cmgs, 2 mini cmgs, and one 1 acme tornado.
