Need help on two calls!!

First one: Inbounds pass is thrown and is lodged between the backboard and the basket....Violation or jump ball, possession arrow?

Second one: One offical calls block, other offical calls charge. They report both fouls, possession arrow or POI rule and offensive team inbounds.
