LTC call a foul in the new backcourt and just slide = 3
LTC call a foul in the new backcourt and must bump and run = 3
LTC call a foul in the new backcourt that puts team in the bonus, calling official goes table side = 3

Total = 15


I'm out of ideas, unless you include not going table side on a T then that's another 3 and that would be 18.

You might be able to get to 18 if you add T-fouls and you want to stay away from the table side.
