That's exactly what a legal moving screen is. It's when a player prevents an opponent from getting to a spot by moving in the same path and direction as the opponent. You say you don't believe moving screens exist and then you give a very good description of one!
My belief that it doesn't exist refers to the fact that it is NOT a violation. I am simply refering to the fact that the coaches are looking for a violation (moving screen) when there is none. There is no violation (moving screen) when players simply move in the same direction. Therefore, in my book - it doesn't exist. Sorry for the confusion.
