First sitch (foul on A1):

Before shot is released...dead ball...no shot

After shot is released...ball remains live...shot counts

Seconds sitch (B2 fouls passer A1):
I usually ignore this foul since A2 is getting the shot they wanted. To call the foul on B2 would penalize A in this case. If the contact is extreme or excessive, you may have to call the foul to keep control.
