Did you allow the players to be on the bench during the 30 second TO?

Even without a rule advising you to charge the coach with a full TO...it's fairly easy to charge a full TO if the players are going to the bench.

BTW...where were your partners when the first horn went off? They should have been going to the bench/huddle to advise the team to get ready to play.
Be forceful if you have to...if they don't want to listen, fine, then they should not complain when the Throw-in begins without them.
