My right wrist achs a little after last weekend's execise. Maybe new players are always easy to get hurt So how do you protect yourself in sports? Is it useful to wear some kind of wristband?

I find the cotton one costs only $0.92 and looks very nice. Does it work?

Any friend who ever tried this, please give me advice. Hope you have better idea and choice, or perhaps I would take the above ones and use as sweatbands if they cannot protect my wrist very well or my wrist recovers very soon.

Wristbands catch sweat. They don't protect you from injury or support an already-happened injury. What you're looking for is a wrist brace or wrist support of some kind.

Welcome to the forum. You are aware that this is a basketball referees' forum and not a players' forum, aren't you? You may be asking your questions in the wrong place.

PS- if you are gonna buy wristbands, spend a little more and get the NY Yankees' ones. They're much better.

As long as the Yankee's logo isn't more than 2 1/4 square inches, right JR?

I know King George is into everything, but when did the Evil Empire become a manufacturer?

At least wear a Cubs logo. They've been manufacturing mediocrity for years...
