My right wrist achs a little after last weekend's execise. Maybe new players are always easy to get hurt:) So how do you protect yourself in sports? Is it useful to wear some kind of wristband?
I find the cotton one costs only $0.92 and looks very nice. Does it work? http://www.opentip.com/index.php?cPa..._387_2295_2296 Any friend who ever tried this, please give me advice. Hope you have better idea and choice, or perhaps I would take the above ones and use as sweatbands if they cannot protect my wrist very well or my wrist recovers very soon. |
Wristbands catch sweat. They don't protect you from injury or support an already-happened injury. What you're looking for is a wrist brace or wrist support of some kind.
Welcome to the forum. You are aware that this is a basketball referees' forum and not a players' forum, aren't you? You may be asking your questions in the wrong place. PS- if you are gonna buy wristbands, spend a little more and get the NY Yankees' ones. They're much better. |
As long as the Yankee's logo isn't more than 2 1/4 square inches, right JR?

At least wear a Cubs logo. They've been manufacturing mediocrity for years... ;) |
