You don't "give away" T's. Coaches and players earn them. Don't beat yourself up b/c of them. They are simply a part of the game. If a coach crosses a line, bang. Oh well.
Now, if you're throwing 40 T's a season, that's another story. Maybe you have some game management issues.
But personally, I don't think it's realistic or necessary to have a goal of 0 T's for the season.
