"Player A1 drives toward opp. basket, without influence by other player the ball is mishandled to the point of juggling at shoulder/head level for a distance of about 3 steps. At this point has a violation occured, if not can he/she shoot, dribble, pass, or stop and reestablish pivot? basically when does player control end and how does this effect traveling violations in the stated case?"
