especially HS games. This announcement should be made before the National Anthem so that it is clear to everyone in the stands........and maybe some coaches.
"There is no 3 second violation if the ball is continuously being tipped around the basket. If anyone yells "3 seconds!" they will be immeadiatly removed from the gym. Thank you."

What about "over the back" and "that's a reach". I'd like to see them gone as well.

How about when they count the three seconds for you from the stands. I love that one.
