Tell him that if he refuses to tuck it in, you will issue a flagrant technical foul. He will be ejected, the other team will get two free throws and the ball after his substitute shoots his free throws. That should negate any "advantage". Also - don't forget to watch him return to the bench. You might also have the opportunity to issue a T there which would also be an indirect on the coach.

Tell him all this. See if he then tucks in his shirt.
