I generally stand on the baseline of the home team because they typically have more fans at the contest than the visitors... And what I do is let them call their own on the other end... When the visiting team fans yell at me to go down to the other end I usually tell them, Nah, they'll be back. THAT WAS JUST A JOKE BY THE WAY! I wouldn't recommend this mechanic to anyone UNLESS you a) have torn your achilles tendon or b) are afraid that if you start out in a dead sprint to the other end you will mess yourself.
