So does anybody know for sure was the call 5 seconds
or isolation? BTW, when the 5 second rule was announced
by the NBA I thought it was great, I can't think of
anything more boring than watching 2 big guys on the low
post, A1 backing in with his butt and B1 leaning in with
his arms & elbows. It's like watching grass grow.

I've already demonstrated that I know zip about the NBA rules. However, I did count with the official and it was exactly 5 counts (seconds). Does that help clarify?

Yes, it was definitely a 5 second count, not isolation. Since then, I've noticed more officials start their count in this type of situation.
