Correct. 6-7-9 Exception d. "A violation, as in 9-3-2 or 9-13-1, occurs by an opponent."

As Chuck said 9-3-2 and 9-13-1 are the leaving the court violation and the excessive swinging of elbows.

So, if the violation is by an opponent, the try is allowed to finish, but if a teammate commits the violation, the ball is dead immediately.
