Thanks, Gary. My point was not that I agreed with the refs that I had talked to. In fact, I guess I was questioning it myself, since I posed this situation in the first place. I will certainly pass this along to those "top-level" officials.

OH NO HE DIDN'T.......

Now you know it is not politically correct to suggest that our seasoned veterans have to look at a rule book. The rules have been the same since the days of Moses and no one needs to study.
