How Should Officials Prepare For Camps?

I could agree with the other two officials any better. When it comes to camp preparation you need to take care of a lot of different things before going to camp. All the items that were previously mentioned are important and need to be addressed, but I think the most important thing is you have to have your thoughts and goals in order when it comes to moving up the ladder through camps.
