Can you insert a picture of you working out in your outfit?
I'm on the left...

You sure can draw the babes.
Thanks.

I'm on the right.....
I always figured you two to be a cute couple.

Gawd, now I'm not going to be able to sleep at night with that picture! I guess I'll have to start my running program at night instead of sleeping...
Well....have you met our illegitimate son?
He takes after my side of the family btw.

Geez don't use have the beep test in the USA it's awesome, kind of hard to explain but its very much running up and down twenty metres and you have to beat the beep and each level you progress the beep goes of faster. I very mu8ch reccomend it i have a link to were you can download it for free.

As an alternative you can use the official beep test that's used by FIBA. Its freely downloadable from

http://www.fiba.com/pages/en/aboutfi...loads/misc.asp

10 minutes is the minimum for FIBA referees.

To clarify the "beep test" - it's a hellish FIBA invention (not really, although they use it on their officials) where two lines or markers or blocks are placed a set distance apart. You start at one block and walk/jog to the other while a pre-recorded tape or CD is played. After a certain period of time, the tape "beeps" and you're supposed to be at the opposite block - not late, and not early. As the test progresses, the interval between beeps decreases.

The easiest comparison is that of suicides. Instead of changing the distance run, however, the time in which to run is changed.
