Regarding the bball question, if the defender had legal guarding position before contact, if the side to side motion of the dribbler isn't being impeded, if the defender didn't affect the dribbler's speed, balance or quickness, then I got nothing. But you can't take this answer to the bank -- they won't cash it. Too many "if"s.
