They are actually sending him his credit card slip to be signed and returned at which time they will then ship the shirt.

Well, today I got my exchanged order. No trouble at all. And I had the tracking number for the pants all along. So far I've bought three products from them and have had a fine business experience with them.

Whatever happened to your order Chris?
