With the Fed change next year re: double fouls resulting in resuming play at POI, it's the first time since I've been officiating (that I can think of) that one of the 20 Rules Fundamentals will change. I was wondering if anyone can remember any other change in any of the Fundamentals ... what changed and what was the reason for the change? Has there always been 20 "fundamentals"?
Can you see anything in the Fundamentals that may be (or should be) changed in the future, or has already been discussed as a possible change?
