Good call. I was thinking of a situation I had that was a bit different. The save back in bounds constitutes the start of a dribble. The sit. I had: the player had dribbled and then saved it with 2 hands; hence when he touched it again it was a double dribble. However, let me know on this one: The player started a dribble, momentum took him out of bounds, he comes back in. He may legally resume his dribble as in an interrupted dribble. I say yes.

Yep, this is legal as long as it's his momentum and he didn't touch it with 2 hands.
