The stupidest comment I heard today was on a fast break the player scored (I don't remember what game), and the announcer said: they are going to let that one go cause he already has one foul. Showed the replay, no where near a foul. I got a laugh out of this one!

That's classic, but the trophy for the all-time stupidest announcer comment still goes to Bill Walton: "If they want to score more points, they're going to have to get the ball into the basket."
