The Player had landed and was no longer airborne or in a continous motion. It is either a no call or ball nearest the spot of the foul.

Because usually when I see this play, B1's butt runs into A1's thigh as he's landing. He's still airborne. Couldn't tell you why you may have seen it miscalled.
