Dribbler A1 beats an outside defender B1 in a zone and heads towards the basket. B2 and B3 move to set up in A1's path and they do get 'in front'. . . more or less. Meaning, because there are two of them, they end up left foot to right foot and thus neither is precisely, exactly, literally, 'two feet on the floor, facing the dribbler' UNLESS you, as I, quite spontaneously, are willing to construe this positioning as 4 feet on the floor facing the dribbler. I'm not kidding. I saw it as one continuous defender, so, when the dribbler tried to plow through a space that wasn't really there . . . player control foul.
What say you?
