Not Senior Night

Well, here's the down side of being a varsity ref:

Senior Night.

Fortunately, the game I had tonight wasn't Senior Night. It was Little Girls With Pompoms Night. I think they actually called it "Junior Cheerleading Camp" or something, but there was a whole section of these little, little girls with pompoms screaming and cheering their hearts out and they did a cute little dance routine at half-time. Made me proud to be a female!

It was senior night where I was working tonight. Lucky, I had the JV game!

Two Fridays in a row.

Last week 9 players and 2 cheerleaders.

This week only 3 players, but we had a very upset young lady. Her parent(s) did not show up. The assistant coach was trying to calm her down, her boyfriend came out of the crowd and the head coach came over and went out to mid court with her.

Man that is rough, thumbs up to the coach, it's a classic move! Way to show your support coach!
