My partner called one like that just the other evening.
Fastbreak layup coming. Defender comes from other side of key just as fast. Throws a fist on his arms. Both go to the floor. Partner, in great position on the baseline is just standing there with his arms crossed. Didn't hesitate. Coach screamed a lot about it being intentional. (Coach ended up with a T later.)  No it was my partner again. He got all the exciting calls that game.
