throwing an elbow

2. Intentional foul.

3. Flagrant foul.

Live ball player without the ball:

1. Common foul.

2. Intentional foul.

3. Flagrant foul.

Dead ball, with or without the ball:

1. Nothing.

2. Intentional technical foul.

3. Flagrant technical foul.
