i know a couple of years ago they made throwing an elbow without any contact just a violation. what are the other options for making contact with the elbow? i did a game tonight where a rebounder threw an elbow and missed the opponent and i called a violation. the coach thought i was crazy, he said there was no contact and i said thats why i called a violation.
