Did anyone see this game? It was a very hard fought game...and IMO, difficult to officiate. Higgins, Burr, & Hillary were on the game. I thought they did an excellent job of managing the game...even if I could pick out some nit-picky stuff.
Question: In the second half, they called a T on Memphis player Njoya for elbowing Marquette player Dieter after Dieter made a 3-pointer and HAD ALREADY RETURNED TO THE FLOOR. I am assuming they called a T during the dead ball period that would have occurred after the time the ball had gone through the hoop and before the Memphis player had retrieved it to inbound it. Dieter went to the line and shot the T...and then I assume they went AP...and Marquette got the ball back @ POI.
This is what happened, right?
