In Indiana
Unfortunately, everything in basketball hinges on a coach's vote. We get a vote & rating for each sport gender...1 for girls & 1 for boys.
Coach has these choices for us: 5 points - Superior 4 points - Excellent 3 points - Good 2 points - Fair 1 point - Poor Although it is recommended that each coach vote, s/he isn't required to do so. There is NO penalty for not voting. I'll leave it at that...before I start giving my opinions!!!
