I need some help on this question. I think the question is incomplete making it a FALSE statement. Agree?
" All contact between opponents is ignored when the ball is dead unless it is contact by an airborne shooter." (What's left out..."contact that's ruled intentional or flagrant"). Input is appreciated! wl
