Could you fax me a copy of that page. Our association does not hand those out in Indiana like they did when I was in Illinois.

This was helpful. Coach B cannot change his mind once A's timeout starts because B1's replacement is already in the game. Thanks.

Unless you sent them out, they're not required to take the timeout. They may freely change jerseys to address blood or a torn jersey and even change the number without penalty (if the scorer and referee are notified of the change).

In this case, B1 got lucky.

Changing numbers to replace a damaged/bloodied jersey does NOT require a timeout...just that the referee be notified of the change.
