Team A scores, B2 has ball out of bounds, decides B3 suppose to inbound ball B3 who is inbounds catches ball inbounds steps out of bounds to make a throw in, see in all levels, do we call it at all levels, B2 should place ball down, and step inbounds, but many times see them pass ball inbounds or hands it off and then they step out of bounds, whats your take on this? thanks!

At the higher levels, I call it. At the lower levels, I may or may not call it.

If you don't call it, how do you expect them to learn it's wrong? You could have a game where you call it and the kid says he's done it for years and it's never been called. That's not fair to him.

I may tell the kid, "I let you get away with one there.....and explain it to them at the next time out." Or I may just let the player who hasn't been in the game all season get away with one. So shoot me.
