At the higher levels, I call it. At the lower levels, I may or may not call it.

If you don't call it, how do you expect them to learn it's wrong? You could have a game where you call it and the kid says he's done it for years and it's never been called. That's not fair to him.
I may tell the kid, "I let you get away with one there.....and explain it to them at the next time out." Or I may just let the player who hasn't been in the game all season get away with one. So shoot me.
