Intentional foul

I'm sure I have said it before, but one (of the many) advantages of FIBA rules is that it is no longer an intentional foul, it is now an unsportsmanlike foul.

The old rules used to say that it was an intentional foul if the players intention was to stop the game clock. By definition this basically meant that any foul in the dying seconds of a game could (should?) be called as an intentional. I believe that this was the main reason that it was changed - along with the fact that no-one can actually determine the INTENTIONS of another person - only the result of their actions.

That being said - I would never T the coach (or anyone else) for yelling out "foul"
