Again in NFHS play, you don't shoot any FTs on the double/simul T, and you MUST use the ARROW for the throw-in and it is administered at the division line opposite the table.

Here is where I think that the NCAA rule is superior. It is no shots, and the ball back to the team that had it or would have had it without a shot clock reset.

I hate that both teams can do the same thing and yet possession could change. This rewards the defense. It is a free turnover.
