First, contact is ALLOWED, as long as it does not disadvantage the opponent, so judgment is not ignoring.

Second, I've had games where both teams walked it up, neither team pressed, both played a passive zone, and both shot a lot of 3 pointers, so there was not much of anything to call.

Just because you may feel that there has to be something to call, does not mean you should begin calling stuff. If the game is well played and has great flow, you would only screw it up.
