On Question 3. The crew cheif determines if the other guy has enough experience to be the R and thus makes him do the books while he sits back and enjoys the game as the U. In my opinion a rookie official is ready the second time I work with him.

As a Quaker, I don't think Juulie would be as concerned about who's being judged as she would be about who's doing the judging.
