You have two options. The first is to invoke the correctable error rule (2-10), cancel the free throws and shoot them at the correct end.
The much better solution is to use 4-5-4 which covers the case when the officials permit the teams to go the wrong direction. In this case, all points and fouls count going the wrong direction count and then get the teams going the right direction. In either case, the shooting team gets the ball at the division line and the AP arrow should not be flipped...
