For the Canadian refs, I just found out this past weekend at the OUA Development Camp that the CIS Women will now be playing CIS Men's rules (NCAA Men's with modifications) starting this 2004-2005 season with the following exceptions/retentions from FIBA:
-wide key -substitution rule -no handle in the backcourt after violations -time-outs (still discussing T/Os being called by players or coaches) -bonus on 8th team foul |

Do they do 1 and 1 on the 8th team foul and 2 shots after 10?
Just trying to figure that out.

I'm from Toronto, ON, Canada. lol...the ball isn't that much better down south! I've been to camps in the States, and the reffing is pretty comparable, too. We're just ahead in a few areas...you'll catch-up soon enough!
