Because it's summer league. That's the whole point of the thread. We all know how to handle per rule and case. The question is, should you do it that way in summer league. And in most cases, the answer is no.

Who's carrying on? I'm describing a situation for someone who asked. I followed the guidelines of the authority I was working under. Why is that a problem?
